Nobody will watch all of this in a feed, so the job is to choose.

One or two shots per action, in order: from raw dough to the plate.

Out went oven screens, brand logos and anything that needs explaining. Every shot was checked against what its caption says.

Framed for a phone.

A vertical video keeps only a third of a wide frame. A fixed centre crop would lose the hands, so each shot gets its own position. Watch the yellow frame jump.

Colour and captions.

A little contrast and colour, a title for the first seconds, and one word per step, because many people watch with the sound off.

Switch the page language and the captions in the video change too: three separate exports.
