This site is a portfolio. It has no accounts, no payments and no analytics, and it sets no cookies.

Who is responsible

Daniil, a freelancer based in Italy, is responsible for this site.

Your language choice is saved in your browser, so the site opens in the same language next time. It is not sent to me.

The brief form sends nothing by itself. It prepares a text, and you decide whether to send it by email or Telegram.

The forms in the demo sites and the file tools in the case studies work inside your browser. Nothing you enter or load in them reaches me.

I receive what you send: your name, your contact details, your message and any files. I use them to answer you and to do the work you ask for.

The legal basis is the steps needed for a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

I keep this data for as long as the work and my legal duties require, then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner.

Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the pages and protect the site.
I use AI tools in some of my work, so the text and files you send me for a job may pass through them. If something must stay out of them, tell me before you send it and we will agree on another way.
If you write to my Telegram bot, it keeps your Telegram ID for up to 30 days so that my answer can reach you. The bot does not store your messages. If I block an account for spam, its ID stays on the block list.
Gmail and Telegram carry your messages if you write to me there. Their own privacy policies apply.
WordPress Playground (playground.wordpress.net) is contacted only if you press the button that opens the WordPress editor in the site rescue case.

Some of these companies may process data outside the EU under their own safeguards.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to how I use it. Write to me and I will answer within one month.
