Each square is one hour of the week, brighter when more followers are online. The rings are where Mrs. Crumb's actually posted. Hover any square for the numbers.
Compared with their usual Tuesday 9:00 slot.
Every dot is one post: how many people it reached, and how many of them liked, commented or saved it. Switch formats on and off, hover a dot to see the post.
73% of posts went out before 11 a.m. Evening posts reached 2.6× more people than morning ones, with the same croissants.
A typical Reel reached 2,177 people, a typical photo 890. Carousels stay for recipes and menus: they get saved about ten times more often.
Posts with the bakers and real 3 a.m. stories got 1.2× the engagement of plain product shots. People follow people.
